Mosolf Leadership Development
Our success is very much based upon the contribution our committed, motivated and competent staff make. There professional and personal development is thus very important to us. Our objective is to fill vacancies with our own people, if at all possible.
Our internal Mosolf Leadership Development (MLD) programme is to help us by developing a pool of up-and-coming managers who the Mosolf Group in future can deploy or who assume the coordination of strategically important projects on behalf of the management.
For that purpose, the MLD has contributed to a development of personal, social, professional and methodical skills of future managers all over the company and in a both systematic and individual fashion. To get more experience within the group, during their training the participants are assigned to various German or European branches or companies of the Mosolf Group and to specific jobs on a rotating basis and for a number of weeks each.
The MLD is based upon the idea that the development of up-and-coming managers is the joint responsibility of all chief executives of the company. Therefore, the responsibility for both the selection and admission to the programme plus the support it receives has to be found on the top floor. The MLD concept envisages a learning process of interlocking seminars, rotations and specific projects supported by mentors chosen from the chief executives.
