Since the foundation of the company "Horst Mosolf Spedition und Transporte" in 1955, it has developed from a forwarding agency for the international automotive industry, manufacturers of agricultural and construction machinery, car rentals and leasing companies and fleet customers into a provider of technical and logistical services.

1955: Foundation of the forwarding agency "Horst Mosolf Spedition und Transporte" in Kirchheim/Teck

1963: Establishment of the first branch office in Antwerp

1972: Inauguration of the first technical and logistical centre in Illingen

1983: Take-over of the technical and logistics centre in Kippenheim from FIAT

1980s: Expansion of the business in Spain, Portugal and France

1990s: Implementing of technical and logistics centresin the new German States
 
97/98: Expansion of the activities in Central Europe. Foundation of MLT and MCT in Hambach (France), MOSTVA in Warsaw (Poland) and MAL in Dobrovice (Czech Republic)

1999: Inauguration of the multimodal technical and logistical centre in Düsseldorf-Rheinport and Frankfut/Main East port

2002: Establishment of BMS in São Paulo / Brazil to expand international logistics activities
 
2007: Opening of a representative office in Shanghai / China

2009: Foundation of a joint venture in Pune / India
